Here at Heart & Soul Retreats, we are passionate about leading a healthy and balanced, lifestyle. During your stay with us, you are welcome to join us in the dining hall where we serve three nutritious vegan meals per day. We grow as much of our own food as we can in our beautiful organic gardens, and otherwise source our ingredients as locally as possible. We are dedicated to inspiring people to delve into the magic of vegan cuisine, and discover the rich tastes and textures that nature has to offer.

Following our yogic tradition, the meals we provide do not contain any animal-derived ingredients, and are completely cruelty free. All of our meals are Prasadam – sacred food prepared through the process of loving service. Like many cultures throughout the world, we offer our food before we eat, to show our gratitude for the sun, the rain, and all of the blessings necessary to create our delicious meals.

Nourishing Recipes  

Our breakfasts may include creamy porridge, scrambled tofu, an abundance of fresh fruit, home-made hummus, and bread and a collection of condiments. Lunch and dinner normally comprise of vegetable soups, curries, stir-fries, and a variety of other international dishes. Lunch and dinner is accompanied by sweet desserts – bliss balls, brownies, rice pudding, and cake. Organic fruit is available to snack on throughout the day, as it a selection of teas.
