Heart and Soul proudly rests on the land of the Wodi Wodi people, who are part of the Dharawal Nation.

We would like to acknowledge the Wodi Wodi people who are the traditional custodians of this land. We would also like to pay our respects to the Elders past and present of the Dharawal Country, and we extend that respect to other indigenous people who are present.

At Heart & Soul Retreats we are blessed in many ways – particularly in terms of our prime location in New South Wales, Australia. Nestled into the hills of the Royal National Park and bordered by a beautiful creek, our retreat space is built upon 20 acres of gentle rolling hills, organic gardens, and native bushland. There are many things to do in the surrounding areas of our retreat center. Aside from the beauty on our own property, guests can also explore the surrounding pristine forests, hike across the steep sea cliffs, swim at the local beaches, and observe an abundance of native wildlife. Immerge yourself in the lush green surroundings to find peace of mind in the heart of nature.
